Winchester Thurston School (WTS) is a nationally recognized private school whose mission is to actively engage each student in a challenging and inspiring learning process that develops the mind, motivates the passion to achieve, and cultivates the character to serve. With the goal of enriching their city campus, WTS commissioned Terra Design Studios and MacLachlan, Cornelius & Filoni Architects to rehabilitate two courtyards with an eye to creating places for outdoor learning, natural play, and gross motor skill development.
