Terra’s team of landscape architects, designers, and collaborators provide a full range of services which offer customized solutions for every project. Our commissions focus upon teaching landscapes and include a mix of large and small public gardens, university landscapes, cultural institutions, and child-focused spaces within elementary school settings. It is our practice to listen carefully to the contextual story of every site so that the resulting creation is unique and embraced by its community and stakeholders.

We are best known for our master plans and full-service designs, from schematic design through construction administration. Our decades of experience across a wide platform of institutions has also taught us firsthand the importance of earned income opportunities. Beyond design, we bring an insight for financial sustainability to every project. Terra is often asked to provide fundraising support, from project narratives and evocative graphics to sophisticated and complete donor brochures.
